If Shepot isn't working out for you, we'll refund any purchase — subscription or Lifetime Local — within 14 days of the payment, no questions asked. Email hello@shepot.dev from the address used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle (the merchant of record) back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals and Pro remains active until the end of the period you've paid for. If a renewal charge goes through and you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it.
Beyond the 14-day window we generally can't refund, but if something is broken on our side — write to us and we'll be reasonable.
